    I was very impressed with his communication! Very quick to get to the yard and send me pics! However the very easy parts to remove a couple screws he wanted to charge me basically a buck a minute for pulling, unfortunately I had to pass on the parts.

      This review is a good opportunity to illustrate to other hobbyists that pulling parts also includes time and effort to 1) Scout an unphotographed fresh set vehicle 2) Communicate with you regarding part availability and condition via text and photo 3) Standing in line to pay for parts 4) Fronting the money at the counter to pay for parts 5) Cleaning and handling parts 6) Packaging parts so they arrive safely 7) Dropping parts off at the post office or UPS store 8) Processing your invoice.

    First time I have used row52 and it worked great. Mostly because of the high level of care and professionalism of BigFitz. I highly recommend him to anyone. And maybe row52 will implement some of his great ideas about making the site even more helpful and easy, but I'll be using row52 and bigfitz again for sure! Subaru Justy parts aren't going to get any easier to find!

    BigFitz is the Best Puller on the site. I have used him before and wanted more parts off a car. Contacted me ASAP and even called me from the yard in front of the car I needed parts off of. He is Very Honest and caring about the customers he has. I will use him again and AGAIN. Unlike some others who are on this site he is loyal to his work.

    We had an accident and the cost to repair the car with new parts was out of reach. We could get the parts cheaper at the wrecking yard, but we didn't have experience with cars and were overwhelmed. Row52 made it easy for us to get the help we needed when we needed it most. Fitz went to the wrecking yard, pulled the parts, and dropped them by the auto shop for us. He was professional and answered our questions. We fixed the car for 1/4 the price! Thanks so much Big Fitz for all your help!

    First time using row52 and a parts puller. Have to say that BigFitz was awesome. Excellent communication. Confirmed that everything I wanted was available. Sent me pictures of the pulled parts. Sent me tracking number and invoice. Parts where at my house in a few days. Easier than ordering new parts at from a parts store. I hope that any parts I need in the future are near BigFitz because he's 100 percent a stand up guy and a professional. Thanks BigFitz.
