  Jim was awesome to work with. He found the part I need, negotiated a fair price and had it to me in great time. He was quick to respond in communication. Will call him first the next time I need help finding a part.

  Not only did Jim find the used parts that I needed to fix my Wife's car, but he explained the repair process to me in simple terms with great detail.   Very good communication, kind and fast. Was fast to respond to my request. He went to the yard, didn't find my part, and was quick to tell me so. Even though he didn't find my part, he took the time to search around the vehicle in case it was lying somewhere else. Would recommend.

  I asked Jim to take a look at a couple of vehicles to potentially pull the transmission. He does what he says he's going to do and when he'll do it. I'd definitely do business with him again.

  Jim was fantastic. Texted photos of the parts as he was pulling them, wrapped them up for safe mailing, was quick to respond and to ship. Highly recommend!
