    Same problem as below. I provided photos of part but after mail out, puller informs me it's different than requested. Replied that unless it's the same as pics and from same make/year, it's no good and has to be returned for refund. USPS returns it but a week later no response and I'm unable to contact sender. Filed a dispute with PayPal to recover funds who informs me that if a business receives enough negative feedback, they could lose their account. 0 stars and a recommendation to avoid.

    I unfortunately have not had a great experience. After sending photos and parts number the part which was shipped was wrong one and did not match photos at all. The promise of an overnight on the correct part did not happen and 5 days later still no part or full refund which was promised 2 days ago. As this was my first experience working with row52 i am reluctant to ever try to use this service again.

    Although Jake was not able to find my parts he did come through with a refund which I appreciate. The Ford dealer said my parts were discontinued, so they were very hard to find.
