    Order a couple of fog lights for parts and even though I was informed (photos included) were in mediocre condition, shipment was fast and prompt the packaging was Very well done and I would recommend Cort for pulling and shipping the parts you need!

    Pulled a hub assembly for me and shipped it, left half a CV axle seized inside it and didn’t give me a heads up. Not a huge deal but maybe giving a heads up that the part isn’t useable until you take it to a shop to have them press it out (if they can who knows) kinda defeats the whole point anyways, if i wanted to take it to a shop i would’ve just had them press a new wheel bearing in. Good way to blow 170$

    Great guy. I saw an old Cadillac come in to the PicknPull in Kelowna and got in touch with Cort. He was very friendly and helpful and went to the yard about four different times to pull various parts as I figured out what I wanted/needed. He held all the parts and then packed them individually and put them into a couple of ideally sized boxes to save on Canada Post charges. Everything arrived in perfect condition and he also included all invoices from the yard. Great service and he sent pictures of all parts removed and provided pricing for confirmation before leaving the yard. Very honest guy. Dave
