    GREAT PULLER.. Sent pictures of everything before he pulled. Very honest and handled the parts like they were is own.. Well packed and fast shipping.. I have been looking for a long time for a good puller in this area and I'm so glad I found him.. Will continue doing business with again and again.

    Perfect puller. Fast, up front, and pulled all parts with no damage / all hardware. Will be using his services again. UPDATE: I wanted to update this to say that Vince tackled a very hard job for me recently - removing carpet from a vintage BMW - and shipping it cross-country to Rhode Island. Impeccable service as always.

    I live 2hrs away from the parts I needed so I messaged a few pullers near the parts yard. Hotvip got back to me quickly with a phone # and was out at the yard a day later snapping pics and texting them. He pulled exactly what I needed and nothing more quickly and the rate was very reasonable in my opinion. He was patient, responsive and didn't flinch at my special requests. Would hire him again anytime.
